Workshop Details and Registration:

Due to the COVID19 Pandemic and subsequent restriction all our workshops are currently on hold.
Please check back or follow our Face Book page for workshop updates when we can plan once again.
Payments:
Your booking is not secure until payment has been received. 
Booking made are via EventBrite.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Class sizes are kept small ( max 3 for Welding and 6 for tinsmithing ) in order to offer a quality experience but courses need to be fully booked for the workshop to proceed.
We will maintain contact with you if it looks like the workshop you have booked for won’t proceed. We will do our best to secure a spot in the next workshop that suits you.
Cancellations by you : 
Refunds for workshops are provided up to 1 week prior to the workshop date.
After this date a credit less an administration fee is granted toward a future workshop or class.
Our workshops are of a high standard, however should you feel you have not received the service as advertised please contact us as soon as possible to discuss and resolve the matter. 
 
Make Up Workshops:
In the case of you not being able to attend booked workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to allocate another time, but cannot guarantee that this will always be possible.
 
Weather :
If a Total Fire Ban Day  Declared – workshops will be rescheduled 
If weather conditions are deemed to be unsafe by the Team.
Workshops will be rescheduled.
You will be notified as soon as possible.
